All trackable packages are being monitored during this time because Canada Post, United States Postal Service (USPS) and other couriers (nationwide and international wide) are experiencing extreme delays due to the rules and guidelines their employees must follow due to COVID 19. Please be aware that when we receive your order, we will pack it and have it shipped either the same day or the next business day guaranteed. Once it is in the postal network, we don't have much control until it gets delivered. However, when we notice that a package hasn't been scanned for a while or if the package is late, we will create a support ticket on your behalf. When we create this support ticket, this supposed to raise a flag to the postal service to investigate where that package has gone. There may be delays on finding the package, but at least we are doing as much as we are able to do when we no longer have control of the package. We will continue to create support tickets to trace all late packages. If you would like a copy of your tracking number, feel free to contact us directly for it. Although, we aren't responsible for the strains on the couriers, we will continue to monitor and do the best that we are able to hopefully push these investigations of late packages for you.
UPDATE: We have been seeing some parcels take up to 6 weeks to reach Alberta and British Columbia. The standard time is usually 7 to 14 business days.
