Nylon is used for stretch only. Mohair is known for its warmth, strength and durability. Are the Thermohair Socks, Toques or Mitts itchy/scratchy? We do not refund the shipping fees that were charged when the product was sent to you and we do not cover return shipping fees either. If your original order was over $150.00 and you received a discount, the discount will be removed if the return causes the order to be less than $150.00. This will affect your refund.

If there is no payment or credit adjustment needed, we will exchange the items once we receive the original items from you. If we need to credit you or process a further payment to cover different items on the exchange, we will process the amounts and then send out the exchange. Note, that we do not cover return shipping costs. However, we will not charge a shipping fee for when we send out the exchanged items. If you have provided us with an invalid address or have not picked up your package from your post office and it gets returned to us, we only will refund the product and not any shipping fees.
