We do not cover the cost of return shipping and we will refund the returned items once we receive them. If your original order was over $300 and qualified for free expedited shipping, we will charge the difference of the original shipping if the returns cause your original order to be below $300 before taxes. If the returns do not cause your original order to go under $300, then you will not have to cover any difference in shipping costs except only cover the return shipping fees.
If you would like to exchange products, they can be returned to: Please ensure to leave a note indicating that you wish to exchange items and what items you would like to exchange them for. We do not cover the cost of return shipping and we will process the exchange once we receive the returned items. If your original order was over $300 and qualified for free expedited shipping, we will charge the difference of the original shipping if the exchange causes your original order to be below $300 before taxes. If the exchange does not cause your original order to go under $300, then you will not have to cover any difference in shipping costs except only cover the return shipping fees.
