CANADA POST ROTATING STRIKE
Due to the Canada Post strike, all USA and International orders will be delayed. For Canadian orders, we will be using Canada Post where we believe it will be least affected by the strike. We will also be using the following couriers: UPS, Purolator, GLS or FedEx. In the past, when there have been postal strikes, couriers would get overwhelmed and sometimes place limitations causing delays. Therefore, note that there may be delays with all shipping methods at this time.
Unfortunately, we cannot use couriers for USA or International orders. Postal services do not charge extensive customs/brokerage fees like couriers do. This would cause USA orders shipments to cost more than the 35% tariffs and would also add extensive costs for international orders. Plus the processes for international courier are complex.
FOR USA orders, you may consider Austin's Mohair (618-954-9483) or Heim Made (218-647-8373). Note that we cannot guarantee what stock they have and they only carry certain sock products from our website.
We hope that Canada Post resolves their issues soon, so we can start shipping internationally again. We also hope that Trump policies change to lower or eliminate tariffs for our American customers as well.
